Terry Kelly moved to Jacksonville in 1958 and then moved away in 1968 when he joined the US Navy. He returned to Jacksonville in 1988 and retired in 1991 after 24 years of service. Terry has been in the Jacksonville real estate market since 2000 and has experience as an appraiser, a loan officer, and a residential real estate sales professional. His expertise in the Jacksonville market has allowed him to provide his customers with unparalleled service. Terry lives in Orange Park with his wife Georgia. He has 2 daughters, Kim and Jodi and 3 grand children, Owen, Ellie, and Luke.

Chris Snow moved to the Jacksonville area in 1994 to attend the University of North Florida. He started his career in Real Estate in 2003 as loan officer and then obtained his real estate license in 2004. Chris has focused his time and attention to become a specialist in residential home sales in the greater Jacksonville Area. As the market changed in 2007, Chris focused on distressed property sales, working mainly with short sales and bank foreclosures. He lives in St. Augustine FL with his wife, Margaret and 2 daughters, Tiffany and Samantha. Chris enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf, and activities with his church.
