Mike Prewett
President

As President and founder of Southern REO, Mike has more than 20 years experience in real estate and default management. Mike has been pivotal in developing and implementing systems to improve the way REO assets are managed from a real estate agent's perspective. With more than 10,000 properties sold over his career, his peers have recognized him as a leader in the REO industry.

Mike is a member of the National Association of Realtors and REOMAC. He holds the Power Broker designation with Freddie Mac and is a Certified Platinum Agent with REOTrans. He is an avid golfer and enjoys kayaking and swimming with his wife Jane.

Gary Ross
Vice President, Managing Broker

Gary has worked with companies like New Homes America, Coldwell Banker and RE/MAX, and has been licensed since 1993. He successfully worked with buyers in all price ranges and areas of Metro Atlanta. In addition to being the Managing Broker for Southern REO, he is also responsible for our In-House Sales division. His wealth of experience is valuable to Southern REO's growth.

Molly Lyon
Director of Operations

Molly, a Georgia native, has been an entrepreneur and business owner since 1990. In 1998 she began her career in real estate with The Buyer's Broker in Greenville, SC. Promoted to Broker-In-Charge in 2003, she left in 2004 to become a full time Associate Broker with Keller Williams Realty in Georgia. She joined Southern REO in the spring of 2009 as Director of Operations. Molly enjoys broadening her horizons through travel with her husband and children. She has been married for almost 20 years and has a daughter and son.

Linda Zamora
Office Manager
Linda is a California native and has lived in Alpharetta 11 years with her husband and two children. Previously, she was a marketing coordinator with RE/MAX and she brings a strong background in business and office management to her position. Linda and her family enjoy going to the beach, water skiing, camping, and traveling.

Jennie Budke
Team Leader - Listings
Jennie has over 20 years experience in the real estate industry with most of her career concentrated in real estate closing management, title examination and underwriting departments. In her leisure, she can be found spending time with her husband of 25 years and her four children. She enjoys traveling, reading and being involved in various community service projects.

Lynn Brennan
Contract Assistant
Lynn has been a Georgia resident for 19 years . She has been a licensed realtor since 2004 with previous experience as an agent's assistant. In her spare time she enjoys working out at the gym, shopping and spending time with friends and family.

Connie Ross
Office Coordinator
Connie is a native of Minnesota and has lived in several areas of the United States before settling in the Atlanta area. Prior to her real estate career, she held several management positions within national retail chains including: Wilson's Leather, Staples and Starbucks. Her expertise within various areas of our company is invaluable. She enjoys workouts at the gym and playing with her Standard Poodle – Betsy.

Noelle Stettner
Receptionist
As the manager of our busy front desk, it's Noelle's voice that first greets the world. A licensed real estate agent, her background includes over a decade as a radio announcer in Atlanta and Washington, D.C. In her spare time she does freelance voice work, and enjoys travel, cooking, and gardening.

Dewayne Amos
Sales Coordinator
Dewayne is a native of Waterloo, Iowa and relocated to Atlanta from Minnesota in October 2006. Dewayne is a licensed Broker in Georgia and also holds an Agent license in Minnesota. During his leisure time, he loves to barbeque and watch sports on the weekend with friends.

Mark Leibowitz
Director of Property Management Services

Mark is an Atlanta native. He has over fourteen years experience in real estate investment and managing residential properties.  He enjoys spending time with his family and friends, cooking delicious meals, reading biographies and rarely turns down the opportunity to play a good card game.

Kessa Johnson
Accounts Receivable Clerk
Kessa brings nine years of experience in accounting, collections, and customer service to the accounts receivable desk. She enjoys reading, and writing poetry and short stories. She has won literary awards and was published in 1997 by the Iliad Press. She also delights in shopping, listening to music, traveling, and gardening with her grandparents. Kessa is expecting her first child, a daughter, in December 2007.

Miracle Cofino
Accounts Payable
Miracle is originally from Hoboken, NJ and has lived in Atlanta since 1993. She resides in Alpharetta with her husband and two children. Prior to joining Southern REO she worked for American Express. She brings over 20 years of experience in accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, collections and customer service. She is fluent in both English and Spanish. She enjoys wave runners, cruises, music, Latin dancing, and time with family and friends.

Tim Doherty
Evaluations Specialist
Tim grew up in New York and came to Atlanta in 2002. He has 10 years real estate experience and is a licensed realtor in New York and Georgia. He also holds a Georgia Registered Appraisers license. Tim lives in suburban Atlanta with his wife and three kids, and is an avid golfer and a little league baseball coach.

Jeff Patterson
Evaluations Specialist
Originally from Lagrange, Jeff and his wife now live in Canton. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and is a licensed real estate agent in Georgia. In his spare time Jeff likes to go camping, fishing, and is an avid automotive enthusiast.

Carlton Clark
Evaluations Specialist
Carlton is a native of Wilmington, North Carolina and relocated to Atlanta in 1985. He has been working as a real estate appraiser in Atlanta for the past seven years and also teaches music theory and piano lessons. He attended school at East Carolina University, UNC-Greensboro, and the Atlanta Arts Institute. Carlton is single, enjoys working out, traveling and meeting new people.

Shannon Parsons
Evaluations Specialist

Shannon is an Atlanta Native. He has been in the real estate industry for 10 years. He was a mortgage agent in Las Vegas and a real estate appraiser in Atlanta. Shannon enjoys golf, BBQ’s and spending time with family. He is an extreme Atlanta Falcons fan.

Shawn Cartmill
Evaluations Specialist 

Shawn grew up in Atlanta and then went to Clemson University and received degrees in both Finance and Marketing.  He then went on to receive an MBA from The Citadel in Charleston, SC.  He started his appraising career in 2001 and currently holds a Georgia Registered Appraisers license.  Shawn was the starting goal keeper for the 1984 National Championship in soccer at Clemson University and Assistant Coach for the 1987 Championship there.  He also played briefly for the professional soccer club Chelsea in London, England.

Rob Adams
Evaluations Specialist
Rob grew up in Marietta, Georgia and now lives in Woodstock, Georgia with his wife and son. Rob has ten years of real estate appraisal experience in Georgia and spent two years building homes in the metro Atlanta area. He attended Brevard College in western North Carolina and Reinhardt College in Waleska Georgia. Rob enjoys spending time with his family, dog training, and photography.

Mark is a native of Atlanta and began his real estate career as an appraiser in 1996. He is a graduate of Kennesaw State University, 1988. He resides on Kennesaw with his wife and two children. He enjoys spending time with his family and going to the beach.

Bobby Clarkson

Bobby is from Roswell Georgia, is currently a student at Kennesaw State University.  He is pursuing a degree in business and he hopes to get his real estate license in the future.  Bobby enjoys golf, music and spending time with family.

Jayme is a Chicago native and has lived in Alpharetta since 1993. She is a graduate of The Illinois Institute of Art and has worked as a real estate assistant for many years. In her spare time, she is a decorating consultant and home stager. Jayme and her husband Dan, have three grown sons.

Lynnsey McCarter

Lynnsey was born and raised in Syracuse, NY. She graduated from East Carolina University and moved to Georgia with her husband in 2008. She has been in the financial/REO industry for 3 years. She is recently married and in her spare time enjoys assisting with Pit Prints Rescue in Canton, GA where she and her husband help rehabilitate abused and abandoned Pit Bulls for future adoption.

Todd Rose

Todd has lived in Atlanta all his life which gives him much knowledge of the local metro Atlanta market.  He is a Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser as well as a licensed real estate agent and has been in the real estate industry for the past 10 years.  Todd enjoys home renovations, playing music and spending time with the family.

Calvin Roberts

Calvin has been in the real estate industry for 15 years.  He is a licensed real estate appraiser in Georgia and Michigan, and he is also a licensed real estate broker in Georgia, Michigan, and Florida.  He holds a bachelors degree in finance from Western Michigan University, graduating in 1995. Originally from Michigan, he relocated to the South in 2007 in order to pursue new opportunities and for the warm weather.  Calvin is currently single, but is in a committed relationship. He enjoys the beach, playing football, golf, music, and travelling in his spare time.

Latania Harris

Latania, a Michigan native has over 15 years of Real Estate experience. In her leisure she enjoys watching sports, jazz music and loves to travel and enjoys spending quality time with family and friends.
